Accessing Chat Feature

If you have a question that requires a quick response, the live chat feature is a great tool to use to get an immediate response from one of our live Client Solutions Support Agents. 

To access our Chat Feature, log into CertiPay and move your mouse to the bottom right of your screen to see a Support widget populate. This where you can search topics in the online Help Guide or select 'Live Chat' to talk to one of our agents.

Once you hit the Support button, a Support box will populate on your screen. You can fill out all of the required information and it will start a chat with an agent in real-time.
